What are the rules for booking cancellations/modifications? |
| You can ONLY cancel your booking through www.gotosmaland.com by using your booking number. Cancellations are not considered valid if done any other way or through any other party. Please refer to your booking confirmation for more information. Your cancellation is valid only when you receive a written confirmation from us. Cancellations must be received no later than 14 days before arrival if nothing else has been specifically arranged. Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to arrival are not eligible for reimbursement. Read more about our booking conditions here. |

How can I get around once I have arrived at Smaland Airport? |
| Gotosmaland is proud to provide its customers with quality rental cars. Click here. The airport bus (flygbussen) operates in connection with all flights from Arlanda, Bromma, Berlin, and Düsseldorf. A one-way ticket for adults is 20 SEK, but rebates can be given to groups or with the purchase of a rebate card. On the bus, you can pay with both Swedish crowns and Euros, but not with credit cards. The airport buss stops at the following locations: Smaland Airport, Scandic, Aerotech Telub, Bollgatan, Royal Corner, Biblioteket, and Växjö Resecentrum. Where can I find gotosmaland when I arrive at Smaland Airport? |
| When your flight arrives at Smaland Airport, you are first guided into the arrivals hall where you will collect your baggage. Follow the hall to the departures area where you will find the combined service counter for gotosmaland, Smaland Airport, and Ryanair. If you arrive at Smaland Airport by car, taxi, or airport bus, you will see the service counter immediately after entering through the main entrance.
